Triple-pane [uPVC+]
EPOC [uPVC+] systems deliver exceptional thermal performance at an accessible price point, with whole-unit values averaging Uw ≈ 0.14 and over 50 profile color options to match any design palette. Structurally reinforced frames with multiple air seals provide rigidity and insulation across the full unit, and argon-filled glazing can be pressure-adjusted for high-altitude applications. For projects where performance and value need to land in the same place, [uPVC+] is the specification.
Dual-pane [uPVC]
The dual-pane [uPVC] shares the same hardware and profile as the triple-pane system, with a slightly larger glazing bead to accommodate one less glass pane. Multi-point locking hardware on all sides of the sash provides anti-burglar performance as standard. A center-of-glass value of R-5 combines with the frame for an average of Uw = 0.21, with notably light swing weight throughout. An ideal fit for temperate climates and budget-conscious projects where quality and ease of operation still matter.
Colour Foils
uPVC+ profiles are available in over 30 colour foils, with independent interior and exterior colour selection on all units. Foil options include solid colours across the RAL palette as well as wood-grain finishes that replicate the appearance of natural timber. A cost-effective way to achieve a custom look across the full window and door package.
Handles
uPVC window and door handles are available in three standard profiles: Atlanta, Victory, and Dublin. The Atlanta handle is available in silver, stainless, white, and black. The Dublin handle is a metal upgrade option available in a wide range of colours and textures. Multi-point locking hardware is standard across all units.
uPVC Window Performance Data
All triple pane glass is Ug=0.09, or R-11 - with dual pane available with a center of glass value of R-5. CE certified whole window value of Uw = 0.14 triple pane windows, and Uw = 0.25 dual pane.
Swisspacer Advance warm edge and Ultimate available. A black spacer bar is standard as this detracts the eye the least. White and silver spacer bars are also available as standard, with other color options as add-ons.
The standard Solar Heat Gain Coefficient is ~0.52 and can vary between 0.30 and 0.62 depending on exposure.
Visual Transmittance values average 82% for dual pane units, and 72% for triple pane. Low iron content and float glass technology provides minimal distortion and green tinting, for ultimate clarity.
Standard and tempered glass are most common with impact rated glass also available. Impact glass is great by both reducing 99% UV transmittance and has varying levels of "burglar resistance". Obscure and ornamental glass is a great solution for privacy and decoration.
Air permeability Class 4 EN 12207. Windload resistance ratings are Class C5 EN 122210. Watertightness ratings are Class 4 E1350.
