Aluminum Windows & Doors

Built around thermally broken construction and multiple air seals, EPOC aluminum systems deliver exceptional thermal performance across four product tiers: [Alu], [Alu+], [Alu]PH, and [Alu]SL. Frame profiles include hidden sash and max-lite options, giving architects precise control over sightline and profile depth. From tilt-turn windows and fixed glazing to lift-slide and bi-fold accordion door systems, the full lineup is configured to order, with no standard sizes and no compromises.

Thermally Broken Aluminum Systems

[Alu+]75

The [Alu+] thermally broken all-aluminum frame, with a 75mm depth, is available in both dual and triple pane options. It features added foam insulation in the frame for added performance.

[Alu+]SL Slim Line

The [Alu+]SL represents the Slim Line series of our thermally broken all-aluminum profiles. It features a fixed window height of 1-1/2" and an operable height of just 2-7/8", providing the pinnacle of modern window design.

[Alu+]PH Passive House

The [Alu+]PH features a 104mm frame depth, making it ideal for Passive House applications. Its robust design and concealed hardware not only provide superior thermal insulation but also add a touch of elegance.

[Alu+]SL window configuration shows the minimal site lines with fixed window frames and transoms, while the operable sash in the top right quadrant offers ventilation while showing a steel-like look.

RAL, anodized and faux wood finishes all factory applied

Colour Options

Over 300 standard RAL colours, plus an extended textured collection with finishes that closely replicate wood grain, stone, and brushed metal. Aluminum Window Performance Data

Thermal Insulation Values

Dual pane windows average Uw = 0.25, suitable for projects in more temperate climates. Triple pane windows average Uw = 0.15 with the standard 75mm frame with foam inserts, and can average as low as Uw = 0.12 with the 104mm Aerogel frame.

Spacer bar technology

Swisspacer Advance warm edge and Ultimate available. A black spacer bar is standard as this detracts the eye the least. White and silver spacer bars are also available as standard.

Solar Heat Gain Coefficients

The standard Solar Heat Gain Coefficient is ~0.52 and can vary between 0.30 and 0.62 depending on exposure and desired solar heat gains.

Visual Transmittance

A primary benefit to European glass is the low Iron content and great visual clarity. The heavy gauge European glass does not show similar waviness similar to American glass, but also avoids green tinting with low iron content.

Glass Options

Standard and tempered glass are most common with impact rated glass also available. Impact glass is great by both reducing 99% UV transmittance and has varying levels of burglar resistance. Obscure and ornamental glass is a great solution for privacy and decoration.

Air, Wind and Water Ratings

Air permeability ratings from class 4 EN 12210. Windload resistance ratings are Class 4 EN 122210. The all aluminum lines provide the highest air and wind ratings!
